"I was recommended to Doctor T for physical therapy to address long-term chronic back issues (lumbar/L4 L5 disc issues) I'd been dealing with for a little over 6 years. From the very first session Doctor T developed a plan to address my needs including to be/remain active. He identified TMJ dysfunction associated with my jaw & rib dysfunction which impacted my daily well-being. Together through education on posture, basic core strengthening, better body/spacial awareness, etc, we are working to improve my situation. He uses vibrations varying in intensity and dry cupping techniques which I feel have helped to improve my quality of life in just 6 sessions (1 session at a time). I look forward to my continued work with Doctor T."
"I am 30 years old and have been active my whole life, and I had been struggling with TMJ related pain just about since the pandemic. The pain was so bad throughout my body that there were days that I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning. I stopped exercising because I would feel worse rather than better. This was physically challenging but also mentally challenging. I lost the motivation to do a lot of the activities that I used to like, for example yoga, running, hiking, etc. It became a vicious cycle of the pain causing me to skip activities, while knowing that staying active was something that could help. I started sessions with Dr. T regularly for a few months in 2024, and then I went back for a few weeks during the summer of 2025. My experience was great. Dr. T really pays attention and tries multiple techniques to treat the cause of the pain, even when your pain shows up differently from session to session. Over the course of a few weeks, we've done vibration therapy, cupping, and chiropractic, in addition to movement. Toward the end of my treatments, my sessions started to look like workouts. I appreciate this because there are movements that I know now that I HAVE to do a the gym and at home to prevent my TMJ pain from coming back. I am a person who tries to be consistent in the gym anyway, so it is really great that I can once again do a workout and not experience pain afterwards. I've also learned a lot about the importance of managing other things that you normally wouldn't consider to be related to TMJ pain, like lymphatic drainage and congestion. If your life is affected by TMJ pain, Dr. T can help. Listen to his suggestions. It takes patience and dedication to your own health."
"My husband had been dealing with TMJ pain on and off for the past year. As a recent physical therapist graduate, I knew we needed someone who specialized in treating TMJ. After searching around, I am so glad we found Dr. T. Dr. T. has been incredibly insightful and knowledgeable. He was extremely thorough during the initial evaluation asking many questions and really listening to my husband. With every visit, my husband sees improvement in his pain. I have noticed a difference in the way my husband carries himself."
