"Dr. Bansal has been nothing short of amazing. He's truly given me my life back! I was extremely apprehensive about injections due to a negative experience in the past. But he is very empathetic, compassionate, and listens to AND addresses ALL concerns you may have, then discusses what treatment options may work best for you. The staff in the office are compitent and helpful. The staff in surgery are gentle and help put any nervousness at ease before, during, and after the procedure. I highly reccomend him!!"

"This doctor has no empathy or sense of urgency towards patients with increased pain after a procedure he performed on my back! Wants me to schedule another appointment because he has no idea what the next steps are for me. When I emailed for additional information, my questions were not responded to until I repeated them in another email. When I called the office a woman told me I need to get another MRI because the last one was over one year old. It isn't. I just had it April 16, 2024. Then they asked if I had an infection. Seems that should have been asked prior to the procedure. & I do not have an infection unless that was caused by the failed procedure. Not going back to see Bansal or anyone at Castle Orthopedics."

"My appointment with Dr. Bansal went very well. He listened and suggested a few options for my lower back issues. Ive been trying to schedule an epidural with ASHLEY the scheduler at his office but she will not answer my calls. She left me a message, I called her back and left her a message, she called my back and said I've been trying to get a hold of you and my insurance is expiring. I found her to be rude and unprofessional. She talks to Dr. Bansal's patients like she's the only person in the world that is so busy and doesn't have time to do any research. My insurance provider reached out her to explain that my insurance isn't expiring and she should put in my authorization. Ashley said I'm busy right now. I left 3 messages and she yet has not called me back. Meanwhile I'm in pain. Dr. Bansal if you read this review please have a talk wiith her or replace her. She's very difficult and and is not professional. She talks very fast and is rude.ive called her three times and left messages to find out where we are at in scheduling the epidural, she will not answer my call. I don't know if I should start over and go somewhere else."

He is patient , he listen , he explain all your issues and possible treatments .He will answers all your questions and concerns . And the most he makes you feel safe . He is the one of best . "Canceled my appointment twice, drove an hour to drop an mri disc off and they were closed in the middle of the day. He referred me to another doctor in his own facility without even seeing me ( passed me off to his PA Sarah twice). I arrived ten min late and they refused to see me due to "policy". Meanwhile, they had people waiting 45 min in the waiting room. Need to get their stuff together"

"I was sent to Castle orthopedics after an x ray showed some scoliosis in my spine. I ended up getting an MRI done and turns out I have a torn disc which is causing a lot of my problems. I was then referred to Dr Bansal for possible back injections. I loved how he talked with me about what I was experiencing and not wanting to push me into them. He also ran some other tests to be cautious and turns out I have some other issues that need to get checked out. Thank you for being kind and thorough Dr Bansal!"
