"I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this doctor and his office staff. The doctor arrived over one hour late to my scheduled appointment, with no explanation or consideration for my time. Even worse, the office staff scheduled my surgery twice without ever securing proper authorization from my insurance company. As a matter of fact, I was scheduled for surgery today, yet the surgery coordinator did not fax the required insurance approval until late the night before. This shows a serious lack of organization and professionalism. I called the office multiple times seeking answers and assistance and never received a single callback. The lack of communication and follow-through caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Between the doctor's lateness and the staff's failure to handle insurance approvals and return calls, this office demonstrated poor management and disregard for patients. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking reliable and professional orthopedic care."
