"The measure of a person's character shouldn't be judged when things go smoothly but rather how they handle things when they don't go smoothly.I'm a patient of Dr Alexis i was at the emergency room Monday November 11 th with severe back pain .I was treated and released two days later with the pain not subsiding i drove to the doctors office.He happened to be at another lot which was ok .My information along with my discharge papers was taken by the office staff and i was told i would receive some feedback.Upon my arrival at home i made a call to the office and a note not a call after having gone to the emergency room.The note said i should continue with the medication i received from the hospital which wasn't helping and that i should take some ibuprofen as we all know over the counter and prescribed is different.They refused to call in the prescription for me .I called the office again on Thursday November 14 and again no call but a note saying continue with current meds and wait until Tuesday November 19 when i was scheduled to get a procedure done .Maybe it's just me but does anyone thing i would deserve a call from the doctor since i went to the emergency room and showed up at his office or maybe i'm experiencing too much from a professional.Secondly you have a patient that hasn't gotten any relief from his current medication but you ask him to continue taking those meds and wait six days before you see him to perform a procedure"
