Testimonials

"I had a strange experience at this clinic. I had a pelvic floor exam with Tithi Shah, who was excellent, by the way. I had no problems with her or her treatment. But I didn't feel safe in this office. I was having an extremely intimate, invasive exam -- that alone, made me uncomfortable and insecure. The office environment amplified my discomfort. It is disorderly, chaotic, visibly cluttered, has multiple cardboard boxes visible in treatment areas, and two strangely oriented reception desks. I'm hearing loud music that featured course language outside my room being played by the receptionist, and someone even knocked on the door during the exam and almost came in! Thank goodness the door was locked. I didn't feel this was a private space. The room I was in was extremely small. There was no place to put my belongings or disrobed clothes, and the floor was unkempt. The walls were paper thin, and it was uncomfortable talking about my pelvic floor trauma in this disordered environment. I won't be returning. I think a great solution to improve your client experience is to make the office a relaxed, organized, and intentional space where healing happens."

"It took me a while to write this review, but I think it's important to share for the sake of the facility improving. I've recently switched to another well-known clinic in the area, and the difference is honestly shocking--I finally feel like I'm in good hands. At this facility, there were a couple of staff members who were kind, especially the male professionals, but overall my experience was disappointing. My very first evaluation felt rushed; the therapist didn't ask many questions and quickly moved into a couple of exercises without much explanation. In the following appointments, there was very little supervision. I was often told to "sit there and do this," sometimes with an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The receptionist was frequently on the phone, yet somehow also acted as a therapist, which was confusing. I booked through zoc doc and despite that, I only had two actual sessions with the therapist I originally booked the appointment with in fact the first one that I booked with her, she was not the person that lead my first PT. I didn't feel any real progress during my time there. While the two male therapists did make an effort to instruct and guide me, overall I never felt genuinely cared for or supported."
