"Dr. Phil and his staff are GREAT!!! I was involved in an accident that left my car totaled and me suffering from horrible neck, shoulder, and lower back pain. As a very active person I wanted to make sure that I received the best and latest treatment. RX Wellness was exactly what I was looking for!! They have PT, compression table, X-Ray, lasers, and more.... My treatment plan was made for my particular needs and I am getting better every week that I come for treatment. In addition, they a have seamless claims process too...the staff has coordinated with the third-party insurance and I am able to just focus on getting better!! "Dr. Fisher, Sherri, Danielle, Tristan and the whole staff are great to work with. First consult advised an MRI was needed, and INOVA Mt. Vernon hooked me up the next day with that, and sent Dr. Fisher the results. Had my first visit with the good Doctor today, and look forward to the gradual increased relief. Highly recommend this whole health care team, especially during Covid-19 as they have masks, sanitizer and a very clean facility. "The experience at Horizon spine and pain center was outstanding. Check in was easy with very little wait time. Dr. Chen Chen Costelloe was very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything. Because my husband has dementia they allowed me in the room with him. Chrissy who assisted Dr. Costelloe was engaging and very considerate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would rate them so much higher. They were genuinely there for the patient and getting the pain under control."

"The billing is atrocious here. Took almost a year to receive my first bill and it was for all the sessions I received for 8 months! That is a hefty cost to pay all at once for someone on fixed income. It was baffling and I was beyond enraged because the first two visits I came up to pay my co-pay and the receptionist said there wasn't any. I had a feeling something was amiss the first visit because it took her a long time to contact my insurance, longer than other medical offices I've been to. The office staff is not on top of things at all: scheduling, alerting doctors of waiting patients, etc. It probably all stems from the surly and somewhat arrogant office manager. That being said, the care of Drs. Fisher and Tseng is marvelous! They are real miracle workers! I've been free of lower back pain for almost four years. PA Tristan is also excellent and provides useful suggestions pertaining to non-traditional means of pain management."
