"Cancelled my appointment over 3 times I rescheduled twice the third time I asked them to just cancel it because it was getting ridiculous. They called me at 8am to cancel but when I called back at 8:20/8:30 am just to try to get my blood work done at least all of a sudden they are incapable of picking the phone up. I'm a JHU grad student trying to use the services but never again."

"Deliberately evasive scheduling and closed their phone line during business hours (10am on a Tuesday, non holiday & no option to leave a message) ... portal is buggy and difficult for even an employee such as me to get my physical exam even scheduled."

"Think I broke my foot, they won't see me, told me to walk (on the broken foot) back next week when I can maybe get something. Their staff know nothing about other clinics or methods of obtaining care for students/staff that are new to the country. Guy working the front desk should not be in this position. Honestly shameful."

"Terrible scheduling and cold staff. Appointment canceled less than an hour before it was supposed to happen. Most of the 5 star reviews are to INFLATE the ratings. As a student, HORRIBLE. Disorganized, unhelpful, and most of all, disrespectful. Not worth your time nor insurance. Would give negative stars if I could."

"For being the #1 medical school in the world, Hopkins boasts that they take care of their students when they really do not at all. Completely disorganized, not taking appointments, no level of concern, and so many other problems exist in the Student Health and Wellness Center and so many other branches of this school. It seems like they smack a good sounding name on various programs like this and when you try to use these resources, there is nothing they can actually help you with. Don't waste your time even calling them, they will not be of any use to you."

"Incredibly concerned about their pointless "procedures" , not much concerned about student health. As for doctors, I mostly looked into clueless faces or my concerns have been rejected. "Health and wellness" is really a joke of a name."

"I had to called 5 times trying to get a refill for birth control. No one was able to help me find the online refill form, they kept saying just follow the website directions, which was not accessible. Basically, staff was rude and not attempting to be helpful. :("
