"I was required to attend what is called an IME with this doctor, after having a auto accident. He claimed to have no information on me nor had he looked at my records. He claimed to have no idea who sent me to him nor did he know who the insurance company was. He tried to convince me that he was not a bad guy or as he kept saying I am not your adversary. Let me say this I was not the cause of the accident and it was my own insurance company that demanded that I attend this strange doctor who then wanted to examine me which I did not want him to touch me. He did briefly attempt to examine me minimally because I was post surgery. I felt violated, angry as hell and forced by my own insurance company to attend someone not really qualified as is my own 17 year pain management physician. This man is hired to deny care not give it. This is why the insurance companies make millions and the injured get ZERO CARE. HE GOT PAID and my necessary costly epidural was denied as were all MRI, X RAYS and continued care. I cannot tell you the reader how angry I am at this policy of deny deny and you just might die unless you get the care you need yourself. I am a former dancer and this doctor doesn't even understand that my body is not they typical body he treats. He wasn't in my observation qualified nor would I go to him if I had not been in an accident. If you have to attend an IME you are simply a check for the doctor."
