"My partner goes here - this place is percent UNPROFESSIONAL....she hasn't been able to get her prescription for 2 weeks because of their total incompetence and also serious and blatant discrimination probably because she's a Medicaid recipient. We call the patient advocate - it didn't help AT ALL. I wouldn't send ANYONE here - they aren't a cut above the rest....the level of disrespect with which she has been spoken to by almost EVERY person in this place is probably grounds for a malpractice suit which we will be looking into. If you can't write a prescription properly and send in the appropriate paperwork, you probably shouldn't be doing pain management of any type. I don't care if you are the Universiry of Maryland, you suck. I thought doctors took an oath that said first do no harm somebody not able to get their medication because of complete and total incompetence is not doing no harm. These are horrible, horrible people running this place. Terrible humans. I can name names if necessary and will to our attorney. Awful, horrible, heartless, disrespectful, unprofessional, incompetent staff. And that's being kind. We will be seeking legal counsel at this point....for discrimination and malpractice."

"I've been very happy with the care I've received from my doctor and all the staff here. Everyone is very caring and friendly. They are very thorough at each visit and even have a pain psychologist that you see each year which I think is a great part of their program. It can be hard to find good doctors when you have a chronic condition but I highly recommend this practice for anyone dealing with chronic pain."
