When I suffered what I thought was a career-ending injury I went to another place and they had me do the same exercises I always do, with very little oversight, no variation, no progress and lots of frustration. A friend recommended Matt at Mile High and after starting PT sessions with him I feel like I finally have hope. Matt takes the time to explain everything and works with me to figure out what would be most effective exercises and makes sure I'm doing everything correctly.
