The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. My therapist, Haley, is the best physical therapist I've ever worked with. Haley consistently takes the time to listen, clearly explains what's happening, and tailors treatment based on how my body responds. She looks at the whole picture and understands how pain in one area can affect other parts of the body. She also brings a great sense of humor to sessions, and we're able to joke and laugh, which makes a difficult healing process feel a lot easier. "Haley is an excellent physical therapist. I've had the bad luck to need PT a few times these last few years but I've been very lucky to have her help get through each injury. She does a very thorough assessment at the outset and then creates and monitors a program that addresses how to improve the injury. She's really interested in how the body works and loves to explain all the different parts that you're working on. She's also very encouraging when you get frustrated at your slow progress in the beginning. The location is very spacious, clean and the equipment is in good shape. The other therapists who have covered for Haley are also very good. The assistants and receptionist also are very nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this particular StarPro location."
