"I have been very torn about leaving a review. While I loved the services I received from everyone I met, I am still extremely upset that I chose to go to Affinity. The first week Affinty staff told me that my insurance would cover 80% of 20 visits. They promised to have a detailed spreadsheet and treatment plan for me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I finally received this information, and was told for the very first time they are NOT in network with my insurance. Obviously I am stuck paying significantly more, and as a stay at home mom this is going to heavily impact my financial situation for months to come. I am upset with myself for not demanding the financial details in a timely manner as I was promised. But I am more upset with the doctor who told me I was in network and not to worry because this would cost "hundreds but not thousands" (neither are true). I feel scammed and cheated out of hundreds of dollars and by a doctor I trusted no less. I started a treatment plan I can't afford to finish and am in more pain than I ever was before. Please for your own sake, talk to insurance yourselves and be adamant that you understand the plan and financials!!!"
