"To put it mildly, the staff is unprofessional. After making my appointment I had to wait three weeks for my tele-med call, which was supposed to take place today. A call from the office came two days beforehand with a request to call them back. No explanation, just call back. I called back and left a detailed message confirming my appointment today, along with my phone number. I did not speak with a person. Ever. They called back yesterday then this morning with no message left. My Dentist, Physical Therapist, Accupuncture Doc, heck even my hairdresser all have text set up to confirm appointments. I did not receive a tele-med visit today after my repeated attempts to call the office this afternoon. I will be returning nor will I be recommending anyone."
