It's hard to know if eight sessions really make a difference but the in-house and at-home sessions are fun, varied, and are targeted on my issues. To top it off, my therapist is delightful!"

"The team at Select Physical Therapy provided excellent care and treatment for a degenerative back condition which had been causing me chronic pain. When I first started treatment, I had fairly low expectations of potential improvements. However, after a couple months of PT, I started regaining strength and mobility, and was able to resume some normal activities without the excruciating pain. Each of the five therapists at the Ballston location worked with me, depending on their availability and my schedule, and I was pleasantly surprised how well that worked out too. "Richard is beyond the best! He so expertly managed my son's PT following a complex surgery on both hips that my son just hit a personal record for the two mile. Richard guided him so well on the road to recovery - providing all the exercises and deep tissue work needed for him to advance from a walker to crutches and now running track! Richard is now helping me with a chronic hamstring issue. Again through exercises and deep tissue work, and a little dry needling, I'm no longer plagued with pain all day.
