"I had an appointment scheduled for January 13 at 3:00 PM. I arranged my work schedule and took the day off for this visit. On Friday, I received a call informing me that the doctor would not be available and had to leave early that day. When I called back to reschedule, there were no comparable options offered. The only availability was between 8:40 AM and 11:00 AM on January 23, nearly two weeks later. It is extremely difficult to find a doctor appointment on short notice, which makes the cancellation even more frustrating. The phone experience was also disappointing. The staff sounded dismissive and unhelpful, as if they were doing me a favor. To confirm my appointment, I was asked to repeat multiple details including my name, date of birth, address, email, and insurance information, which felt excessive and unprofessional. Overall, very poor customer service. I would not recommend this office."

The front desk staff is extremely helpful with an amazing attitude and happy to help with anything you need. Dr. Montana is just extraordinary!!! His service and in kindness, and of course, his medical knowledge!"
