Testimonials
"I was a previous patient & my experience was so good that now my daughter is treated here. You're truly treated like someone who matters. The entire staff takes time to listen to you & adjust treatment to you & how you feel but still making progress. Highly recommend the Essex location. There has been great communication between the therapist, staff, my teen daughter & myself as a mom."
"I cannot say enough wonderful things about ATI Physical Therapy and the care I have received there. Since being diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia, I have lived with chronic pain on a daily basis. To make matters even more challenging, long term high doses of prednisone caused me to shatter my right leg. I am now living with twenty two screws, two plates, and a rod in my shin, which has made walking, standing, and exercising extremely difficult most days. I have tried everything imaginable, medications, holistic approaches, acupuncture, and pain management classes, and nothing, and I truly mean nothing, has helped me the way ATI has. I am deeply grateful for my therapists Kevin, Scott, Cam, and George. Each of them has shown me patience, compassion, and genuine care, and together they have restored hope I thought I had lost. I am truly amazed at some of the things I am able to do now. Water therapy has been life changing for me. The warm water in the pool makes me feel almost normal again, a feeling I had completely given up on after accepting that chronic pain would always be part of my life. ATI has given me strength, confidence, and reassurance to be patient with my body. They taught me that consistency matters, and that strength and mobility will come in time. That is exactly what I am experiencing right now. Taking a Thursday night class was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I struggle with sleep due to constant leg pain, but that night I slept straight through until morning. When I woke up and saw daylight, both my husband and I were amazed. I immediately thanked God for the blessing of a full night's rest. I often tell my family and friends who suffer with chronic pain to please give ATI water therapy a try. I am honestly afraid of the day my time at ATI ends, and I would gladly pay out of pocket if needed just to continue feeling this level of relief. I cannot wait to give my new rheumatologist Dr. Sam Serfai, who recommended ATI, a full praise report at my appointment on the 18th. This referral has truly changed my quality of life. Thank you to Kevin, Scott, Cam, George, and the entire ATI team for truly helping me and never dismissing my pain, unlike so many others have. You have made a difference in my life that I will always be grateful for. With sincere appreciation, Nina Bonaparte"

"Bret was amazing!!!! Very professional and patient. I was sad that he was leaving. My granddaughter also loved and appreciated the work he started with her. We can definitely see her improvement. Thanks to the staff, everyone made us feel welcomed. Thanks again to Bret!! Please let him know."
"I only went once for the evaluation, but didn't come back for the following appointments. Although the therapist that I saw was nice enough, she didn't appear to have a clue about my health issues and physical limitations. For example, my rheumatologist sent me for aquatic therapy. The therapist's stated goal was to "get me strong enough so that I wouldn't need to work out in a pool". I'm curvy, but I can lift 70#. I don't think that strength is my issue. To add... is this a gym or are people here for PT? I saw multiple people come in and start working out on their own while I was there. The equipment didn't look like it was getting wiped down either. The therapist doing my intake almost "forgot" to show me the pool. Um, I enjoy a good urban explorer video, but that doesn't mean I'd want to actually get in a dirty, abandoned looking pool from one of those videos. Fortunately for this business, no cameras are allowed. If they were and I could post photos of what the pool area ACTUALLY looks like, I can't imagine that anyone would voluntarily come here for aquatic therapy. I've now gone through the trouble of getting a new referral and I won't be returning here."
"Staff and friendly and welcoming and listen to your questions and concerns. They provide guidance on at home exercises to keep progress moving forward. Overall- a great experience. Very easy to reschedule when needed."
"My Grandmother Charlene loved it here. She doesn't know how to leave a review so I'll say it for her. "That place helped my leg so much & I love Natalie she is the best ever""
"The service I received was great however, the therapists teams seemed to have too many individuals to work with at the same time. It would be much better if i would have had uninterrupted time with the therapists. Also, I WITNESSED SOOOOO MANY PEOPLE STRUGGLING WITH GETTING IN THE FRONT DOOR. WHY WOULDN'T A PHYSICAL THERAPY FACILITY HAVE AUTOMATIC DOORS."
