"I came to AG Physical Therapy with significant pain in my shoulders that was preventing me from working out. Adam quickly diagnosed the problem. He ran me through some tests to confirm his diagnosis. Then he told me that I didn't need to book regular PT sessions because my problem could be resolved by doing a few regular exercises. He gave me an illustrated printout of the recommended exercises and told me to book another session in a month if the problem didn't go away. When I walked in the door, I was ready to hand over a small fortune to get rid of the pain and regain functionality. Adam could've easily booked me for a dozen sessions to monitor my progress as I followed his instructions, but he didn't. Adam's good. He's fair. And he won't waste your time and resources.
