Ingrid is welcoming and incredibly helpful; Jim is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner; Dr Ralph adjusted parts of my back and neck that I haven't had done by others. I appreciate how he explained what he was doing and why. He set realistic expectations around the timing of my recovery and simple steps I need to take to get there.
