She worked with my insurance AND with our personal injury lawyer. I'm so glad I visited her office. I didn't have to be seen by her assistants. Dr Czaplinska always personally takes care of me! "The first day I came in with my husband to receive treatment after an accident which left me with limited neck movement, tingling arms and sore elbows, back pain and daily headaches. My husband's knee was sore and tests revealed he had fluid on the knee, severe back pain. The first visit lasted about 45 minutes. Which consisted mostly of paperwork. Alicja said she was short staffed so we understood as she breifly explained her registrar no longer worked there. She asked us about 2 or 3 questions and proceeded to apply electro therapy for about 10-15 minutes and then put us on a "massage" table that proceeded to roll roughly on my lower back which did NOT bother me prior to my visit. By our 3rd visit, it was obvious that she didn't really care about our symptoms or the fact that her treatment was not what our injuries needed. Nor did she ask. She was cold and relatively uncommunicative towards US, but not to certain patients. I witnessed her be extremely caring and thorough with a younclose. Scasian woman. She actually asked her lots of questions and appeared to give a damn in general. Two elderly African American people came in, and she proceeded to be even more rude to them for no apparent reason. She always acts irritated and impatient, which is appalling considering she would be PAID for our visits. If Alicja paid as much time and attention to ALL of her patients as she does making sure she's dressed to the nines (try dressing DOWN why dont you? Your appearance is actually more suitable if you were going out on a date NOT WORK) we would have stayed to continue our care. Instead we switched to a way better Chiropractor that was much more thorough and sincerely cares about treating us. Not just getting paid. You don't put a person in pain in a room for 25 minutes, ignore them, and are so disinterested it SHOWS. I would give you no stars but the office was very close. So 1 star. For location."

"I've been to a chiropractor before this so I know what to expect, but she didn't do anything I expected. I was very disappointed in her treatment plan. She left me in a room for quite some time and I wasn't sure what was the point. The best part of this was the massage chair and I could have gotten a better massage from the massage chairs at the mall."
