"This place used to be so good! I've been supporting for years!!! Upon making an appointment for myself and a guest we got cancelled on the day of. I called to confirm the day before to ensure and it just made the rest of the experience worse. I called the other location to see if they would honor the appointments. Then asked for the owner to call me because this was unusual. I ended up getting an appointment for myself and the therapist gave me their cold. His nose was dripping and I was not aware of his condition. Seek elsewhere."
