"Dr. Warren Hamlet and his team (I worked with both Warren and his colleague Dr Maria Mezzadri) successfully cured the chronic pain in my hips. Over the course of a few months , 2x per week, I experienced major improvement! I learned to activate glutes rather than relying on too much on hip flexors. Each session included 1:1 time with the PT (who did a targeted massage, and assessment - 20 min) followed by a program of exercises tailored to my body and competence (30 min) followed by ice and electrical stimulation of the affected parts (10 min) The one on one therapy is top notch. The gym is fully equipped, and is a light filled and pleasant . The staff is delightful . A major plus is that All Seasons takes my insurance . I can't recommended them more strongly!"
