"I was hospitalized for several days in December 2025 for suspected colon cancer. Georgetown University Hospital is much better than the rivalry hospital downtown. The work attitude of the two hospitals were very much different. I had been to both emergency rooms, this time I had made the right decision. Starting from the emergency Room, to the bedroom, the staff at all levels were much more attentive and focus in their work, and responsive to my needs. The doctors were great. They are patient and explained to me clearly my situation. Thanks to Dr. Sun, colon Rectal surgeon , Dr. Mohanraj of Infectious Disease Dept and several other doctors. It turned out it was colitis. The follow up care was very thorough. Making appointments are much easier and smoother , GTU Hospital should get a close to 5 stars review. It would be perfect if the bed blankets could be warmer."

"This was my first time at MedStar GW hospital. Security officers were helpful in pointing me the right direction for urology. My pre registration was a time saver since i was late due to traffic. The response was efficient in my final checkin. Nurses were very informative as to what and why they were doing certain procedures. Overall for my first visit to GW Hospital was impressive. Don't remember any names, things were moving very fast."

" This was hands down the best experience I've ever had taking my son to have his shoulders checked out. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The timing of our appointment, the parking situation, and the overall flow were all incredibly smooth. The staff truly made the difference -- everyone was welcoming, professional, patient, and genuinely attentive. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt well taken care of every step of the way. Scheduling follow-up appointments was just as easy; the team was extremely helpful and accommodating, making the process stress-free. What impressed me even more was how resourceful and proactive they were in providing information and guidance for upcoming physical therapy visits. It's clear they care about long-term outcomes, not just the initial visit. Because of this experience, I can confidently say I will not go anywhere else for any future visits related to my health. I'm already looking into transitioning all of my care here -- including finding a pediatrician for my son, as well as a new primary care doctor and OB-GYN for myself. I would love for this to become our one and only family medical location. I'm beyond impressed and incredibly grateful for the level of care provided. Highly, highly recommend"

"Here's a polished, heartfelt review you can post: Life-Changing Experience - Forever Grateful Donating my kidney at Hospital Elevation was one of the most meaningful decisions of my life, and I cannot say enough about how incredible the entire experience was. From start to finish, the care, compassion, and professionalism I received were exceptional. The team made me feel informed, supported, and truly valued--not just as a donor, but as a person. Adam and Gabby were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They answered every question with patience, checked in consistently, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. Their kindness and dedication truly stood out. Choosing to be a kidney donor is a big decision, but Hospital Elevation made the journey empowering and positive. I'm forever grateful for the care I received and for being part of something that gives someone else a second chance at life. Thank you, Adam and Gabby, for being such an important part of this unforgettable experience. "

"Searched for a surgeon doctor on Google and found a spine surgeon specialist at MedStar. I was told to look for at least 3 doctors and choose the best one's. I went to see each one for an appointment and decided from there. I liked the surgeon doctor at MedStar the most and when l arrived the facility was huge, very clean, the concierge helped us get the office by giving us a building map and a good direction. The staff, doctor's assistant, and last but not least the doctor that we can to see was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the cause of my problems. I highly recommend MedStar, their facility, the talented Doctors there."

"The health practitioners at Medstar Georgetown University Hospital are exceptional ... and the only reason I continue to go to Georgetown rather than fully transition my healthcare to Inova Schar. I love Dr. Isaacs, NP Harrington and Dr. Song, NP Miller and their practices. They have been with me from my diagnosis through treatment and post-treatment care. However, Lombardi's facilities are incredibly dated. The waiting room is gross. Stains and crumbs on chairs. It's musty and stale. The polar opposite of the facility at Schar. Parking is difficult. Depending on the office, scheduling an appointment year in advance is impossible. And, sometimes, I'm in and out of my appointment within an hour/ hour and a half. Sometimes, I'm there for an unplanned three hours and, as with my last visit, I could no longer wait to get my lab work and had to leave without getting my blood drawn because I had another appointment to get to. The admin and lab staff are nice but I would rather they coupled that with efficiency of getting in and out in a timely manner. All that being said, I feel incredibly blessed with Dr. Isaacs and Dr. Song and their teams and will stay with them, wherever they practice."

"My family and I will forever be grateful to the team at Georgetown University Hospital. My wife developed preeclampsia, and what quickly became a very serious situation was handled with incredible professionalism, urgency, and compassion. From the moment we arrived, the doctors and nurses were calm, confident, and proactive. They explained everything clearly, made sure we understood the risks, and most importantly, made my wife feel safe during an extremely scary time. Our baby girl was delivered at just 32 weeks, which is something no parent is ever truly prepared for. The coordination between the labor and delivery team and the NICU was seamless. It was obvious that everyone involved was experienced and working together with one goal: the health and safety of both mom and baby. The NICU team deserves special recognition. The level of care, attention to detail, and communication was outstanding. They not only provided top-tier medical care for our daughter, but they also supported us emotionally as first-time NICU parents. Every nurse and doctor treated our baby like she was their own, and that meant everything to us. In one of the most stressful moments of our lives, Georgetown University Hospital delivered exceptional care. We felt supported, informed, and truly cared for every step of the way. We cannot thank them enough."
