"I really like Dr Tannous. He listens and explains, unlike so many doctors who treat you like a piece of meat, neither listening or explaining. Unfortunately, MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a shambles, utterly lacking in communication or coordination. If only Dr Tannous could work somewhere without all the organizational and administrative problems of WHC he would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, in a WHC setting he has to be downgraded to 3 stars.
