"Dr Abu is great. With that being said, scheduled an appointment for 10 AM a month in advance. They made me reschedule for an hour earlier but when I got there at 9 AM, I waited 2.5 hours and decided to write a review. They close at noon so it can't be too much longer but poor service and the staff was very defensive about it. Edit: They overbooked. His associate took care of me. They both are great doctors. Would recommend. Work on the management though"

"I have been a patient for years. Dr. compassion I would rate a 10 He listens, makes eye contact, offers hope and a hug when needed. I have had chronic pain for years. I can rely on his knowledge to get an answer and diagnose. * 4-5-22 It seems the Dr has run into a sticky situation with the DEA. I wish him and his team Good luck. He is such a wonderful man. And a great doctor. I hope all is resolved soon."

"Dr. Rabi left without any notice so we are sent in to see a nurse practitioner - the WORST experience ever. My husband has had a nerve disease for about 14 years so this is nothing new. The nurse practitioner did not even know what the disease is - we should have left at that moment but we did not. After giving her all of the information she then tells us she is going to cut his medications - I ask her what happens if he starts withdrawing she says take him to the ER. That is comforting! It has taken a good 10 years to get my husband the right medicine mix so he can make it through the day and after a few minutes she tells us she is changing everything. I told her she should come home with us for a week and see how bad his pain is. Needless to say I would NEVER go back there. We should have known something was up when all of the doctors have left the practice except for one and they are changing the name of the practice! BEWARE!! One last thing we waited for about 2 1/2 hours just to see her. I would give 0 stars if I could."

"I have now been waiting 53 minutes "on hold" to speak to a representative! Let me first say that Dr. Rabi is wonderful but we won't be returning to his office because of the staff services.. My husband received a pain injection on Nov.1, 2018 and bill has still not been submitted to Medicare!!! Each month we receive a bill for over $2,000!! I have called billing office numerous times...recording says they will get back to you in 5 to 7 days......yes, that is exactly what it says!!! Finally in March I was able to talk to billing Manager Yolanda who assured me that the fees would be submitted to Medicare for payment. Two and a half months later it still has not been submitted and I just received my invoice again for over $2,000. I would advise anyone new to Pain Treatment Centers to read all of reviews before considering services."

"My Husband would like to share his experience with Dr Faris, perform corrective surgery on my back. I had seen many doctors in the last 2 years. After seeing Dr Faris two times and he thoroughly explain to me about the type of procedure he would do on me to correct my back problems.. I feel really comfortable with him at the same manys doctors and I believe that he was the right doctor to correct my back related issues I had bulging discs, spinal stenosis and constant pain in the left leg after he performed the surgery, I feel better I didn't have that same pain or back issues any more. Dr Faris did a wonderful job correcting my back problems I would like to thank him and his staff as well."

"I absolutely love Dr Abu and his staff!!! I have had back issues since 19 (I'm 48) so have seen many doctors. Dr and his staff are kind, professional, and very compassionate with me. I refer him to anyone and everyone i know. I feel like you're lucky to get an appointment with this doctor."

"I had been seeing Dr. Najera for over a year. He has recently left the practice. Quite honestly he was the only reason I stayed with this practice. The staff are rude and impersonal. I had been waiting for a week for my regular refills and had been out of 1 for 5 days. Don't even think about getting any disability paperwork filled out. They'll hit you with a $50 charge each form every month. Have your primary get the notes and do it. The doctors are ok though of you can get past the staff and rude nurses. Update: I'm not sure what the sham was about Dr. Najera leaving but it looks like he is still at the practice. Hmm! Shady!"

"The nurses are very caring and compassionate. They TRY like crazy to keep doctors running on time. Patients that are late for appointments, come in to make appointments, seem to bog down the desk. I love Dr. Ravi and recommend him to everyone."
