So very informative, and kind and gentle. I had a lot of questions since it was my first time and she was patient and very educational. Tina has a lovely character and very much is a people person . Her conversation was the best and insightful. We talked about everything and it made me more relaxed and comfortable. "I intentionally waited a few days after my session with Carolyn so I could observe how the experience settled and integrated before trying to describe it. I am sharing this reflection a little more than forty-eight hours after receiving a sixty-minute Antojai Quantum Reiki session with her. I also noticed a shift in how I relate to recurring memories and thought patterns. The closest comparison I can offer is something similar to lucid dreaming. There is a growing ability to remain consciously present when old patterns arise.
