"I took a beginner class through groupon, monique was somewhat informative but in the class we cooked pasta which honestly is very underwhelming and there was no protein(neither vegan or meat), honestly it felt like she could have prepare the idea and prep in under 30 min . I didnt even get to try different sauces or seasonings to expand my knowledge, it was just cooking pasta which it's not that hard (and again probably like 25-30 at maximum) It seems like she was trying to get information about what I like so she can suggest her other classes. I wish there was much more cooking instead of padding out the time by telling me information about other cuisine which is not very useful."
