"I had a great experience working with Joe as my personal trainer. He did an excellent job focusing on strengthening my back and guiding me through the proper exercises to support it. Joe really understands how to target the right muscles while making sure everything is done safely and with proper form. Since working with him, my back has become noticeably stronger and I haven't had any back spasms. He's knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to make sure you're doing each exercise correctly. "My dad is 89 years young but was fallling periodically and needed help with his balance & strength. Fortunately his doctor recommended he visit Dr. Joseph Moussa ("Joe") at TheraPrime. Joe is 100% hands on. He was able to quickly assess my dads needs and actually started working with him the very same day. The facility is brand new with large windows that bring in loads of natural light. My dad works with Joe 3 days a week and has made incredible progress. In addition to building his strength, I see it is building my dads confidence. My dad looks forward to going to see Joe and working with him. Joe compliments my dad's efforts and he always feels a sense of acomplishment when he is done. Every sesion ends with a warm muscle compress which is a nice reward for my dad's hard work.
