"I was treated by Leah Rosenberg. I had a shoulder injury and could hardly even lift my arm. She was fantastic! Her treatment, exercises, advice and massages got me back to my ability that I had before my injury. The staff at the front desk was always polite and helpful. "The therapist cancelled my session for the following week after two sessions and want me to wait three more weeks to see him and I refuse to do that. I think he is doing that cause I came 15 minutes late the last session and I am on medicare .My knee could get worse the time I go back so I am finding a new facility where the therapist don't cancel appointments after two sessions and make you wait for three weeks to see them."

"I called back the office after they'd called me Friday to schedule an appointment after a referral. The person who answered the phone told me I was lying about getting a call, and that she'd spoken to everyone at the desk. I had the voicemail and the number directly from the voicemail, and I calmly and repeatedly told her I'd received a call. She told me she'd asked everyone there, and I had not and that lying wouldn't get me an appointment. What? Therefore, I told her I didn't want to work with her office if this was the type of care I'd get, and I said goodbye. Whoever was answering phones at 10:50am on 1/13/2020 should be reprimanded. This is not the level of care I expect from NYU."
