"The surgery itself was great. However I was told to check in at 12:30 for a 2pm surgery and I wasn't taken in until 2:45. Also my credit card was charged the entire $908.10 instead of my $30 copay. I called billing and was told they can't put money back on my credit card so they will send me a check. I'm still waiting for the check."

"Dr Apostolo didn't adequately listen to my complaints about my pain or offer any other ways to try to help relieve my pain as he's done since I became his patient over 4 years ago. I have become dependent on the injections he provided because it always relived my chronic pain. He informed me not to return unless I have knee problems. I currently have lung cancer and have to go up 23 stairs to reach my 3rd apartment. This puts my body in constant distress."

"I received the worst treatment from the orthopedic doctor who was so unempathetic , inconsiderate to my pain. Imagine a patient coming with an acute pain and you call her fat .that was unfair and heartless.l am a nurse myself but donot remember ever speaking in such a heartless manner to any patient. Telling me my condition will s dilapidating with no offer of intervention was so cruel.more still giving me an appointment in 2 months to request for a gel injection for my left knee was highly inconsiderate."
