"It was all fine until. A worker gave me a letter that they got from insurance saying I am not in network. when ATI called me saying I was in network. Very frustrating and disappointing how they handled this matter. In front of everyone should have not been discussed my personal account. Very unprofessional and I felt embarrassed."
