"I never heard of FYZICAL therapy & Balance center before I got injured at work. I had asked a doctor if he thought physical therapy might be helpful for me and he agreed it would be and referred me to this location. From the moment I walked in for my first appointment I felt very welcomed by Anne. Her personality is naturally friendly and caring for everyone she meets. Suheera was the first physical therapist I met but at some point in time I got to work with Ulises and Lisa as my physical therapists as well. I will admit I didn't know how to feel at first after getting used to Suheera being my physical therapist majority of the time but they actually do a great job of updating your chart and communicate with each other. Suheera also took the time to talk to me when I walked in one day worried after I had accidentally done something to cause my pain to flare up. That day she took the time to talk to me and listen to my concerns. 2-ish months later Tuesday was my discharge day and I'm glad to be feeling a lot better now. Although the universe played a cruel trick on me and I fell on some black ice literally the next day but hopefully I won't have to go back for anything other than to say hi to them! Lol."

Everyone from easy scheduling with Annie, the facility manager Lisa to their newest addition Ulises are genuinely friendly and have great care for their patients. I will highly recommend."

Annie, the receptionist, remembers by everyone's name from day one and is super knowledgeable about insurance submissions. I worked with all 3 therapists interchangeably with no issues. I'd also recommend their dry needling! It has been game changing for me."

Lisa worked with me for months and adjusted my plan and exercises along the way, as well as made recommendations for other doctors I should see to keep making improvements! I recommend Lisa to everyone, but you can't go wrong with any of the therapists here! Everyone is invested in your progress. Annie is a scheduling wizard, and the environment is always filled with laughs, which is an incredible sign for a physical therapy office. I can't recommend this location higher!
