"I've been coming attending Friday night country line dancing classes for nearly 6 months. Such a fun time and great way to get my steps in. In addition to this class, they offer lots of other exercise classes and the full spectrum of spa services as well. The fragrant herbs and aromotherapy products in the reception area sets the spa vibe perfectly. The atmosphere is very calming and serene. The owner, Mrs. Frances, always greats us Friday night students with warmth. She even takes the dance classes with us. The rest of the staff I've encountered have exuded the same welcoming energy. If you haven't visited yet, you should very soon. You will be glad you did!"
