"Since I was referred over to Dr. Greenblum by another doctor, I figured I would give him the benefit of the doubt and ignore all of the negative reviews online and made an appointment about a week ago and asked for their first appointment in the morning whenever it was next available (to avoid all of the time issues referenced in other reviews). The scheduled me for this morning at 9:30am. Since I was a new patient, I showed up for my appointment at 9:00am knowing I would have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. At about 9:40am, I asked the receptionist when I would be called in, since I had to get to work. I was told that the doctor wasn't even in the office yet, and that I would probably not be called in for a while. With that, I asked for all of my paperwork back, a refund of my co-pay and left. Since Dr. Greenblum obviously has a consistent issue with time, it shows a lack of professionalism and respect for his patients. Although, the staff was kind and as professional as they could be in the minimal interactions I had with them given the situation, it doesn't make up for the fact that this was a waste of my morning. I recommend finding a different orthopedist, unless you want to waste your time as well."
"Not a doctor to go to unless you have 3 to 4 hours to lose. The waiting period in the waiting room is about an hour, than you are taken to the examination room where you are left there for an additional hour or two if you are lucky. No one comes to let you know doctor is coming in soon and there begins the assumption that you have been forgotten. Finally, the doctor walks in to an examination that take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. At this point you are getting extremely aggrevated and are ready to run out of there and never look back. I was asked than why are you given an appointment? Good question!!!!!"
"I had an appointment at 10:30. Came in at about 10:20 sat I t he waiting room for 40 minutes then got invited into the room where they were going to assist me ended up sitting there for another hour and a half. While I was sitting down I heard the doctor speaking about other patients outside my door. One person came out of their room to ask when the doctor was going to arrive and the doctor told him to close the door and wait. I really hope someone from the office reads this and helps them improve the situation because no one has 4 hours to lose on a FOLLOWUP!!! This is honestly ridiculous and if I ever need a leg doctor again I will not be returning to this office!"
