"This place is amazing, it's very clean, the staff is well organized, polite, and professional. They have big screen television in the lobby, nice to watch while you're waiting to be seen. I was only watching it for ten to fifteen minutes before as in the room with the nurse practitioner. She was so nice I became very comfortable with sharing my issues of pain with her And by the time I left, I felt she could be the one to help me."

"I am compelled to leave a review for the surgery center at this location. The wait time I experienced for my procedure is absolutely inexcusable. I waited over 4 hours in total to have my procedure done. I couldn't eat or drink anything prior to the procedure so I sat in the office starving. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours and was brought to the back and waited another 2 hours. This is totally a lack of respect for the patients that patronize this medical establishment. Why book so many appointments if you can't fulfill them in a timely manner. I know the procedures can run over the time allotted, but for someone to wait over 4 hours is ridiculous. I'm giving the extra star because the staff is friendly but the professional practice is very inconsiderate of people time, especially people already in pain."
