When I randomly asked on the phone if I could take off my sling after the surgery, staff did take the time and asked the doctor and called me back. Sounds like a small thing but you don't really get this kind of response elsewhere. Dr. Ratliff gave me a complete evaluation after my initial fracture, performed my surgery (painless and still painless in recovery) after my snowboarding accident. Excellent and highly recommended."

"I recently went to Modern Orthopedics Paramus for the first time. I was greeted by a friendly courteous staff. My appointment was with Dr. Lee. He was very cordial and listened attentively to my description of the pain I was experiencing in both of my knees. Dr. Lee reviewed my x-rays and explained that the pain I was experiencing was caused by inflammation, from my recent medical issues. He followed this with a review of other potential areas in my knees that need to be monitored going forward. Overall I found Dr. Lee to be compassionate, very knowledgeable and professional.
