"Dr Pupala replaced my left hip sevaral.years ago He did such a good job that I went straight to him when I needed same surgery on my right hip. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Doctor and all staff were very kind and efficient. All questions answered. I will recommend Dr P. And all at IBJI to friends and family!"

"They were able to get me an appointment quickly. There was a short wait time when I arrived for my appointment. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Also, love the after hours quick care for x rays!"

"What a coincidence!!! Weird how after Tiffany's accurate and negative review SUDDENLY two people (who you can't find any information about) updated posts that this office replied to a YEAR ago and 3 DAYS ago. How unusual?!?! I guess these two folks are just sitting around on a Friday thinking you know, I really need to update my post about the doctor OR this facility is so unprofessional and despicable LIKE we said in our first review today. They are COVERING UP and trying to BOOST THEIR STARS. We offered our phone number and told them we were writing a review about our experience. Instead the chose the path of DECEIT AND FRAUD. How unusual to see these new posts with such old replies from the facility. Gosh. I guess they really think we are all stupid and that's why they treat ELDERLY DISABLED PEOPLE LIKE TRASH. Thank you though. This helps with my complaint to the AG'a office "

"Dr Keating is a marvelous surgeon. His support staff is awesome and they operate like a well-oiled machine. Dr Keating replaced my left hip about 4 months ago and now he's going to replace my right hip there is no way I would see a different orthopedic surgeon Dr Keating is an excellent surgeon he and his staff care about their patients and are in constant communication with them You just can't ask for more than that they truly are the best of the best."

"Receptionist at joliet facility was not very accommodating or nice , actually acted as if I was an inconvenience when we had a scheduling issue due to holidays and time frame if stitch removal and she had to "get up" from her seat and speak with doctor to see what could be done. Matter wasnt resolved as she made a stitch removal aprt for 28 days after surgery . Thankfully Beth to the rescue , she solved al issue and never made it feel problematic. Overall 4 was due to receptionists at joliet . Also was seen in New lenox and receptionist there was amazing ."

"My first appointment here. Had to arrive at 9:35 for a 9:50 appointment. Did all of the paperwork online days before appointment. Didn't get called into a room until 10:15. Nurse asked all the same questions on the forms I already filled out online. They took 2 ex-rays, which were not discussed with me. I felt very rushed."
