"I came to Neuromatrix with shoulder pain during chest press and a rotator cuff that was giving me some major issues. Yoni took one look at me and knew exactly what was wrong. Within a few weeks of following his exercise plan, the pain was gone. Not "manageable" or "better"... gone. And now I'm lifting heavier than I was before the injury. The exercises Yoni prescribes look absurdly simple. You'll think "this is it?" And then you'll do them and realize you've been humbled by a resistance band and some very intentional movements. It's genuinely made me a better athlete overall: more stable, more aware of how my body actually works, less likely to injure myself doing something stupid. The energy is also just super motivating. I actually look forward to my sessions with Yoni and Lucas every week, which is not something I ever thought I'd say about physical therapy. They know their stuff, they care, and they'll fix you up properly. Can't recommend them enough."
