"I would not recommend this chiropractic office. From my experience, it felt like the focus was on getting patients to book as many appointments as possible rather than actually helping them improve. I felt more like a number than a client. Unfortunately, the treatment did not help my back pain at all--in fact, it actually got worse. I also didn't feel like my concerns were truly listened to or taken seriously. Overall, it seemed more about making money than providing genuine care. It also seemed like they talked to me like I'm stupid because I'm Hispanic. If you're Hispanic please do not come here"

"This is my second round of treatment with Sheft's Chiropractic. I have had nothing but the best care, which has kept me coming back. As a nurse, my standards for care are high, and this chiropractic office nails it every time!!! Doctor Shefts and Doctor Caruso are very thorough and compassionate with their patients. When I came back to treatment this time, my pain was severe, but with exercise, traction table, and adjustments, my pain is gone, and I sleep so much better. "So much more than just another chiropractor! Having suffered from chronic crippling back pain for the past 10 years, I came in as a last resort. I've been to so many doctors, back specialists, physical therapists, and chiropractors over the years that i cant remember them all and none of them were able to tell me why my back hurt so much none the less fix the pain. I walked in saying that I could not walk a block down the street without being in severe crippling pain and was ready to throw in the towel. After my consultation with xrays, Dr Shefts explained everything that was wrong with my spine (it was a lot..) and exactly why I was feeling so much pain in specific areas. Rather than tell me to stop doing the things I love (like many others have done) Dr Shefts told me to continue doing them but to go through an intensive 4 month program with him. I was hesitant but obliged knowing i really had nothing to lose at that point and he had already told me more than anyone else had before. I can honestly say that after just 3 weeks of care i was noticing significantly less pain as well as a much improved attitude and mood since i wasn't miserable all the time. Having just completed my 4 months, I feel like a completely different person. I cannot believe how much progress i have made and how much pain i suffered through for so long previously, no wonder I was miserable. Dr Shefts is by far the best doctor I've ever been to, not just chiropractors. Between his knowledge and intelligence to his desire to understand and solve the root issue to his thoroughness and positive attitude he is the only doctor i will go to from now on. Being more of a whole body doctor instead of just a "spine doctor", he was able to fix my shoulders, knees, and ankles too (i was a mess). The staff are great too! Dr Caruso is another great doctor and the ladies are fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming to every patient on every visit (not something you see in most doctor's offices). Special shout out to Megan for always going the extra mile (be nice to her and you might get some extra time on the traction table!) Overall these past few months have been such a wonderful experience as I've gained my life back. Didn't mean to ramble here but Dr Shefts has literally changed my life in a way that I never expected, so glad i gave him a chance! Definitely worth meeting him for the initial consult and seeing for yourself, life is so much better pain free! A worthy investment that will last the rest of my life."
