I was a little nervous because I've never been to a chiropractor before but Dr. Dan and his staff have been nothing but welcoming and super helpful. Not only has the pain gone away after just a couple of weeks, but Dr. Dan was able to find the underlying issues in my spine and neck that caused the pain and has set me up with a program to get my body back on track. After just a couple of months, I've noticed that my posture has greatly improved and my back pain hasn't been back since. "There aren't enough stars on the scale to give Dr. Dan and his team at phyxMe Physical Therapy. Prior to meeting him, I had seen several physical therapists and chiropractors for my neck issues with little, temporary, or no resolve. So naturally, when a close friend of mine referred me to him (glowingly I might add) for some serious issues with neck mobility and pain, I was skeptical. It's been 7 years since then and I can firmly say that walking into his office that first day was and is still one of the most pivotal and best decisions I ever made for my health. Dr. Dan is easily one of the most knowledgeable, comprehensive, and down to earth health care providers that I have ever been too. I've continued to see him on and off for a range of issues that have cropped up with my body. "I came to phyxMe Physical Therapy & Chiropractic in September 2021 desperate to find help as my chronic radial nerve and muscle pain were progressively getting worse. "Dr. Dan and staff are a cognizant group that are 100% flexible to their patient's time and typical schedule. While doctor's visits can be intimidating Dr. Dan is able to quickly build a rapport with his patients that is the encouraging. For a working professional with always changing schedule, Dr. Dan's office provides the ultimate flexibility within a set of hours that are also geared towards treating individuals that work 9-5 jobs. Regarding the diagnosis and plan, the setup was clearly explained and the benefits and progress were assessed at realistic intervals. 10 weeks into my plan I have seen considerable progress in more than one area. I am now, 1.25 years into our treatment plan, and the impact has been consistent and steady over that time. With an at-home plan established, I am able to have less in-office visits (two times per month) yet see the same kind of progress. In addition to resolving a nerve issue in my foot, the treatment plan has positively impacted my immune system and daily sleep. Since I have seen Dr. Dan, I am sick less and sleep better. I would recommend Dr. Dan and staff for any physical ailment especially those focused in the back and neck area."

"Dan and his whole team are great. The combination of physical therapy with chiropractic worked well for me. Severe neck pain after an injury has been cured. "I came to Dr. Dan with some neck pain I had been experiencing on/off for about a year. I am glad I found him! He quickly identified the issue and started me on a personalized non-invasive treatment plan which included stretching, adjustments, massage therapy, and traction. The pain quickly subsided over the first week, and he was able to get my lower and thoracic spine aligned within a month! We are still working on getting the neck alignment back to square, but I can feel it is on the right path, and have already gotten back to lifting and running pain-free. To top it off, once I moved from Chicago to NYC, he even referred me to a similarly highly regarded chiropractor in NYC so I could continue with my treatment plan. I came into the office barely able to use my hands and even hold a pen to complete the paperwork.
