"I highly recommend Pivot/Athletico Physical Therapy. The staff are outstanding. They provide excellent customer service and work well as a team. I primarily worked with Vardhan Mudigonda and Kristen Parkins. Both physical therapists are very knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. At the first session, a thorough assessment was conducted and they always took time to educate me on the affected areas and answer any questions I had throughout my weeks of treatment. I came in with pain in the arch of one foot and also pain in my lower back, both of which had been impacting my activity level and quality of life for many months. After a few weeks of therapy on my affected foot, ankle and calf, my arch pain was completely resolved and has not returned. Though I have not finished all of my sessions yet, my lower back pain has significantly improved and is nearly resolved. Pivot/Athletico has evening and weekend hours, which makes physical therapy so much more accessible for anyone with a demanding work schedule. Thank you Pivot/Athletico team for making such a difference in my physical health and quality of life!"

"I had a great experience here. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for figuring out things with health insurance. Vardhan Mudigonda and Kristen have been my physical therapists, and they have both been very good. Vardhan is very knowledgeable and informative about why he sets up certain exercises and takes the time to explain the details to you. He is also very detail-oriented in his sessions as he will make sure that you're doing the exercises correctly to help the muscles that these exercises are intended to strengthen. I will update once my sessions are completed in a few weeks, but so far, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place!"

After just been there for a few weeks, my condition has improved significantly and I've learned quite a few things that I can do at home to maintain my progress, thanks to him! "This clinic is fantastic -- super clean, with modern equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. I see Catherine and Kristen for back pain and post-surgery rehab, and they are both incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Catherine's dry needling and Kristen's cupping have helped me tremendously. You can tell they truly care and know what they're doing. Highly recommend!"

"I am so impressed with the staff here. Every single person is uniquely valuable. They all work together as a team and care so much about their patients. I have an elbow issue I've been working through and have seen consistent improvements. The only bummer is I'll be sad to not come back because they are also genuinely good people. "This place is better from the other PT places I've been to. I will come back for sure and continue to seek treatment. 5 stars for 5 reasons 1. My impression based on my first experience has been promising and makes me feel optimistic. Matthew was thorough with his assessment and def knows his stuff. He even took measurements of my ankle to measure the flexibility of my foot. Manual work was great and never know that the foot can be stretched. Definitely feel a lot better now and after! 2. Great front desk reception! Really nice lady! Remembers my name. 3. The equipment used to cool down my foot was definitely the state of the art where it cools the foot and compress at the same time. 4. Overall facility was clean and organized. 5. Location is located inside gym, easy to get up. Elevator or stairs."

"Kristen is awesome. So positive and wonderful at explaining the exercises. I feel I am benefiting so much. The best physical therapy I've experienced. I love that they give you the exercises in an app, because with my old provider, I'd get a sheet of paper or have to recall from memory. I was much less likely to keep up with any of the recommended routines. Stellar service, from the reception desk to the therapists."
