"My experience at Hands of Hope Physical Therapy was not what I expected in terms of personalized care. The physical therapists provide very limited one-on-one attention. They will show you the exercises/ stretches , watch you do them once or twice--two minutes at most--and then move on to the next patient. This setup may work for someone who doesn't mind minimal supervision, but it's not ideal for anyone who wants consistent guidance to ensure the exercises are being performed correctly throughout the session. For pelvic floor therapy specifically, the approach is extremely limited. They focus solely on external stretches & exercises and do not provide, discuss, or emphasize the internal work that is often essential for true pelvic floor rehabilitation. If you need comprehensive pelvic floor therapy, I strongly recommend going somewhere that offers both external stretches/exercises and internal treatment, as well as a therapist who checks in on your progress regularly and gives you their full attention. The only positive I can mention is that the staff is friendly. If a welcoming environment is your top priority, this location may be suitable. However, if you're seeking meaningful, hands-on therapeutic care and real improvement, I suggest looking elsewhere."
