"I needed occupational therapy for my hand after an injury to my thumb. Being in a brace for over a month made using my thumb difficult as it was weakened and stiff. Over the course of a month working with Josh, I've gotten almost all of my strength and range of motion back; I just need to continue regular use now while my body finishes the healing process the rest of the way. Josh was very knowledgeable. In addition to the regular exercises he gave me, he would listen to my specific concerns and address them so that I saw quick improvements in those areas as well. Strength and movement measurements at the beginning and the end of the process--and regular check-ins through the app--helped me to see progress made over time.
