Pivot PT - Glen Burnie (Crain Towers), an Athletico company

"The best place to go for PT. Not just your typical "oh everyone is so nice." I mean, they are of course, but they go above and beyond that. I bring my 8mo baby with me, as I have no other option, and they welcome him with open arms. He is loud and busy but I never get the sense he's not welcomed and that goes a long way as a mom still recovering from birth. I worked with Jean and Marie this time and they made me feel comfortable and safe. I have worked with all the providers at least once throughout the past few years and they've all been great. If you're looking for pelvic floor therapy (let's normalize this!) definitely go here. The office is clean and professional but personal and Stacey at the front is the SWEETEST ever. My baby loves seeing her and he is the best judge of character if I do say so myself. 10/10"

"First, I wanna start with that pivot And the team members here are absolutely amazing. I would not want to go anywhere else. I have been here for several months PTN several body parts. I will also be having upcoming surgeries. At this point, the heat in this building is unbearable. It is extremely hard to try and work out multiple body parts when I'm struggling to breathe. This building alone has poor maintenance in the owner of the building upstairs has their own AC unit. I am going into the females bathrooms with the sinks clogged up. I'm hoping something could be done about this in a short period of time before I might have to change my provider to continue to PT because the heat is really unbearable to most clients. Again, I want to reiterate, how amazing the Pivot Staff is working in unbearable conditions throughout summer time. Some days they work some days it doesn't it fluctuates. Thank you"

"Can't say more about this location and place! Jean at Athletico really helped me work through a diagnosis I had and helped me overcome personal obstacles. Because of her and the treatments, I am able to do certain things I couldn't before and my quality of life is better for it. The entire staff is very welcoming and nice and you can tell they truly care about their patients and progress. "I was referred to Pivot PT through insurance for postpartum pelvic floor therapy. The staff was great and always so helpful and understanding: they had no issues with me bringing my newborn along to my appointments and I appreciated being able to schedule weeks in advance. Jean is, by far, the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She listened to all of my concerns and, without making me dumb, came up with a plan to work on my issues while also helping me get back into shape for upcoming work requirements (military).
