"The visit went well. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed that the shots may cause swelling and pain. I was blessed to have my daughter with me as I wouldn't have made it to my vehicle. I wasn't told of any potential side affects as my plan was to go to work after. I had my gel Shots in both knees on Thursday and it's Sunday an it just getting better. I'm glad we had the snow as I don't have to work Monday. I'm praying I'll be back to normal by Tuesday. I may need to take days off from work to get back to normal. I'm just disappointed that I wasn't given any information about potential side affects or recovery."

"Dr. Tepper was a good listener. He went over with me what I had been feeling in my hip and leg and did a physical exam with different moves involving the hips and legs. He felt there were two things we could do. Have an injection and attend physical therapy. Surgery wasn't needed. I am so glad with how it turned out. I appreciate the staff and Dr. Tepper's assistance."

"Dr. Teper did nothing to help me. I was there for a consultation, the appointment was rushed, and unproductive. I drove an hour and a half to see this guy, he gave me 5 minutes to look at my mri and basically dismissed everything, not his problem and our the door he fled. Anytime a doctor leaves a patient without doing anything at all, even pointing me to someone else who may be able to help, they at the very least should not get paid for the appointment. You may be a specialist or whatever, but you're still a doctor and the entire reason doctors exist is to help the patients they are caring for. All you jokers care about is getting on to the next appointment. Sadly we'll probably all be better off once you're all replaced with AI. Thanks for nothing at all doc..."

"Dr Tepper was on time, thorough with the exam of my knee and made good suggestions for next steps. I was in and out of the office quickly and appreciated the process which included a professional staff to support the appointment. I remember years ago when he operated on my other knee, which is still good!! -- And this experience was just as efficient. Thank you Dr Tepper and Medstar support team!"

"Receptionist Michelle was rude hung up on me when tried to call back. She shall be fired. People give you the run around when you want answers. Tried to call to set up an appointment and got the authorization form Claims and asked if they received from being faxed over to them . Kept getting the run around. I guess people are there just to collect a paycheck. I won't recommend going this orthopedic because receptionist Michelle is rude and hangs up on people."

"I underwent an out patient surgery for a torn patellar tendon repaired by Dr. Tepper. He came highly recommend by one of the nurses at MedStar Hospital. I asked a lot of questions pre and post surgery. Dr. Tepper was unbothered and professional. This review was written 1 week post surgery."
