"You know how people have a favorite cafe? For the past 6 months, Silver Spring Medical Center has been my favorite home away from home. I almost wish I were still broken so I could have the pleasure of hanging out with these sweet, supremely talented healers, receptionists, and interns some more. A shoulder sprain from a couple of years ago turned into a chronically inflamed and then completely frozen shoulder by the time I found these geniuses back in January. I was in BAD shape, and not at all sure that I could be fixed after 2 other orthopedists, 2 rounds of PT at other clinics, and 5 inconclusive MRIs. I began working with Dr. Barbara Kindle for massage and other therapies to increase my range of motion gradually. I then worked with Jesus and Dr. Will Mosquera to further improve my strength and range of motion. These three fixed me! I am so, so grateful. Not only that, Dr. Will turned me into a gym rat and taught me to bench press. This is a gifted group! I am going to miss Lissette, Maria, Dr. Barbara, Dr. Will, Jesus, Dr. Green, Prince, and Brendan, and I plan on stopping in to see them and say hi on my way to the gym from time to time. I was sad to graduate from PT last week. Love these guys!"
