"Sydney Campilii I injured my knee when breaking 4 boards with a back kick. This was my 2nd degree black belt test on June 8, 2025. As soon as I broke the boards I dropped to my knees. I mistakenly thought that I could heal myself. I had a very deep limp and it was painful to walk. I waited too long too address it. So I was in terrible shape when I met Sydney. But let me tell you, her approach to my treatment was fantastic. Every session improved my mobility. She would often check up on me after our sessions. I'm back at my dojang. "Radhika was an incredibly attentive Dr. throughout my recovery from and IT band injury while training for a half marathon. I have run several half's and marathon's prior and she promised me I would never have run with knee braces ever again. I currently run with no braces and feeling stronger than ever thanks to her and Nour! They tailored work out plans during PT and post PT so I can keep getting stronger.
