"The employees are friendly and helpful. I removed 2 stars for double-booking - that is the reason I won't be using this company again. I was literally left alone for the second half of my session while the therapist worked with another patient. He didn't notice that I was done with my exercises, and that I was sitting there waiting, or even when I got up and left. I had physical therapy in a few other places, and this was the only one where I had my sessions double-booked every single time."

"This is my first time using Pivot In Pikesville for physical therapy. McKenzie is my therapist. She is absolutely awesome. But all you of the therapists are very personable. They treat you more like you are a friend than a patient. They sanitize immediately after each patient uses the equipment or lies on a bed. They patiently explain why they are doing everything that they do, especially when it doesn't make sense to us. I really like this facility and would strongly recommend them to others! "

"My experience has been great at the Greene Tree location. Corey is my physical therapist and is the best. The exercises are challenging and help to relieve my pain and increase my range of motion. The staff are all attentive and engaged. Your time is well spent at this facility."

"Amy the director is very unprofessional. You should never asked a new patient what do they expect Pivot do to help them. And make comments in a slick way to make the patient feel bad. Also she needs to asked questions related to the reason your there not criticise what a patient has tried to help themselves before coming to pivot for additional help. If i have a condition in my back or neck. Don't ask a patient how long are you able to read. How about ask them how long can you sit or stand. Also don't decide if the patient can find relief before even providing treatment to help first. Don't deny me of my right to receive medical care that was recommended by my treating doctor."
