"I began my physical therapy with NovaCare about a month ago having 2 sessions per week at 1 hour. So far, all sessions have started on time and they have been flexible in setting appointments for me to accommodate my preferences. My therapist has always been cheerful and has been able to explain the therapy techniques she has recommended and executed on me. My shoulder condition has been intermittent and chronic for years.. Since I have realized a 50 % improvement so far. I am expecting further improvement in the coming weeks. I chose the office in Gaithersburg, Md for convenience, but I believe they have additional offices. They are an approved Veterans Affairs outside health provider."
