"This is a size- and queer-inclusive studio with highly skilled and empathetic DPTs and strength, barre and Pilates instructors. All staff are trained to provide lots of modifications for all skill levels, body differences and abilities. If you're in a bigger or older body, but you're curious about reformer Pilates, don't be afraid to try a class with Christine. If you want to build strength, try a small group strength circuit (or private training session) with Paris or Marissa. I live in Queens, but I keep coming back to TWD because they're helping me age into more strength, mobility and confidence."

"I can't recommend Laurence and her studio enough. I've been coming here for PT for lower back pain and I finally feel I'm addressing long-standing issues with posture and strength imbalances / weakness. I'm SO grateful for Laurence's expertise, whole-body perspective, cues during exercises, warmth, and professionalism. Using the reformer to work on regaining strength has been amazing.
