FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Orland Park

"This review is for my wife Janet. She went to her doctor because of constant dizziness. Any little movement as in, standing, looking in a different direction or even when laying in bed moving her eyes she felt dizzy. Her doctor looked at both ears and said they looked fine so then she told her about this place called FYZICAL. She said that she has been here herself and highly recommended that she try them. They set her up for two times a week for three weeks. She is now in her last two visits this week as writing this review. A couple of days ago I asked her how the dizziness was and she actually had to take a second to think about it and said, "I don't think I was at all". The fact that she had to think about it was great. So here I am sitting in the lobby area writing this saying, this really works with a big smile on my face. "I'm currently receiving physical therapy at the Orland Park location! On my latest visit i had to bring along my 7yr old son who happens to be on the autistic spectrum and had a lot of energy this particular day! I knew my appointment wouldn't go as smoothly with him in attendance but i still wanted to make my appointment time! With all that being said! Ms Lori, Petra and Jenn all made my son feel welcomed and Ms Lori even went above and beyond to interact and play fun games with my son while i finished my therapy session! Now this isn't part of her job but she took on that role without hesitation even after I suggested rescheduling my appointment! It's small kind gestures like this that make me feel like the old saying " It Takes a Village" is still strong and powerful! I'm so thankful to these ladies for the wonderful work they do with physical therapy as well as their kind warming and loving spirits! I highly recommended them as they have shown so much compassion in care with me and all the others I observe them working with! Special thanks again to Ms Lori!!"

"I developed Frozen shoulder after surgery and was so fortunate to find Jen and the team at Fyzical Therapy. I cannot say enough good things about Jen. She is not only extremely knowledgable , but attentive, caring and creative in her approach. She thinks outside the box and thanks to her, I have been able to get my ROM back to almost 100%! Fast forward three months later had to have another shoulder surgery....Jen again did an amazing job of keeping me on track. Super aware and was able to tailor my PT as I progressed to where now...I have full ROM and funcionality! Back to working out pain free! Fyzicals' business model is so patient-centered. The whole team, Jen, Carlos and Lori are professional, kind and welcoming. The entire experience has felt supportive. A special shout out to Lori, as she maneuvered through the insurance mountain of issues with persistence and patience--even before I was a patient!
